Bristol Grammar School, set in the heart of Bristol City Centre, are seeking an individual for the post of Virtual Learning Platform (VLP) Assistant and Staff ICT Trainer.

The role of the VLP Assistant and Staff ICT Trainer is firstly to provide assistance to the School in the development of its learning environment, currently consisting of a SharePoint intranet, and working with the Director of ICT to ensure that each department is making the most of the tools that are available. The second aspect of this role is that of Staff ICT Trainer, in which the post holder will provide one-to-one and group based training to staff on the use of IT facilities around the School, such as Microsoft Office or SharePoint as well as training on the School’s recent iPad deployment.
