Inspiring and enthusiastic individuals are required to join our highly successful and thriving Music department as Visiting Music Teachers. Successful candidates will be required to teach a range of pupils; aged 11-18 years.

We have opportunities available in the following disciplines in our Woodwind, Brass and Percussion Faculty:

  • Bassoon
  • Percussion and Drum Kit


The anticipated initial schedule for each discipline is as follows:

  • 4 hours per week for Bassoon – this is currently made up of 4x30 minutes of Bassoon teaching and 4x30 minutes of individual ABRSM Music Theory teaching.
  • 10 hours per week for Percussion and Drum Kit – there is scope to add individual ABRSM Music Theory teaching to this anticipated schedule.


Our Music Department, has around forty full and part-time staff, this comprises eight full-time musicians and over thirty visiting music staff. The Department has an outstanding reputation and is very well resourced.
