We are currently recruiting a Visiting Teacher of Alexander Technique to be part of our Music Department at College. The Visiting Teacher will teach a range of pupils; aged 11-18 years and will take responsibility for the planning and delivery of Alexander Technique instruction and practice as an important element of pupil welfare and support.
The schedule is anticipated to be 10 hours per week.
If you are qualified in the Alexander Technique, have highly effective teaching skills, the ability to inspire, empower and motivate students to engage with new initiatives with a genuine commitment to putting students first and an enjoyment of working with young people we would welcome your application.
Applicants must be registered with the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT).
Our Music Department, which comprises 8 full-time and 32 visiting teachers, has an outstanding reputation and is very well resourced.
