Good Samaritan Catholic College is a P-12 College at Bli Bli on the Sunshine Coast. The College opened in 2019 and in 2021, will enrol students from Prep to Year 5 and Years 7 to 9. Dynamic and suitably qualified Visual Arts teachers, who wishes to work in an innovative P-12 environment, are encouraged to apply.

The ability to teach Religious Education will be an advantage for this position and it is essential that the teacher is able to teach at least one other discipline/subject.

The teacher must be prepared to work in a P-12 context and be willing to participate in full P-12 College events and practices. The successful candidate will be flexible and forward thinking in their approach to classrooms and fully conversant with current best practice in learning and teaching. For BCE employees this is demonstrated practice and understanding of the Effective and Expected Practices of the BCE Model of Pedagogy. For all other applicants this is demonstrated knowledge and application of the model of pedagogy used in their school and an understanding of the BCE Model of Pedagogy.


Good Samaritan Catholic College is a Prep to Year 12 College located at Bli Bli on the Sunshine Coast.  The College opened in 2019 and is steadily growing towards full enrolment. The first seniors will graduate from the College in 2024. To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
  • hold current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers; and
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
