Volunteer Minibus Drivers

Redwood Park Academy warmly welcome applications to volunteer as a minibus driver. This is an exciting opportunity to help our pupils and families access activities after school, enabling them to engage with our Redwood Park community.

As a Volunteer Minibus Driver, you will become part of a dedicated community of people supporting our pupils and families at Redwood Park Academy.

You will be responsible for the health and safety, comfort and welfare of our staff, pupils and families, whilst being transported in the minibus, however there will be no supervisory responsibilities for our pupils and families.

We are looking for drivers who hold a clean D1 licence and are MIDAS trained/willing to undertake MIDAS training. All roles are subject to normal checks and references, including a Disclosure and Barring Service check.

We have volunteer roles available for the following sessions:

• Tuesday 2.30pm – 3.15pm and 4.30pm – 5.15pm
• Wednesday 2.30pm – 3.15pm and 4.30pm – 5.15pm
• Thursday 4.30pm – 5.15pm
