Hours: 35 Hours Per Week, 52 Weeks Per Year

Salary: Scale 3 - £26,193– £26,625 (Plus possible Pool Allowance and Call Out Allowance)


Watergate is Lewisham’s primary school for children with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties.  

The school is looking to recruit a committed and reliable Premises Assistant to ensure the efficient and effective operation of Watergate’s premises. The successful candidate will work closely with the Premises Manager in the daily management of all aspects of maintenance in the school.

 

The right candidate will:   

 

•     Be self-motivated, flexible and able to act on own initiative 

•     Be able to work flexibly and respond to emergencies

•     Have an organised approach to prioritise work and successfully manage time

•     Have excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills 

•     Be an effective team member  

•     Be suitably qualified and have relevant experience
