Evelyn Grace Academy is a mixed, non-selective secondary school in Lambeth. The Academy opened in 2008 and moved into its award-winning building on Shakespeare Road in 2010. We welcomed our Evelyn Grace Academy was judged as good by Ofsted in 2014.

As a growing school, we are looking to appoint an outstanding Weekend Lettings Assistant to support our Lettings and Facilities team in providing a safe, clean and secure environment for our weekend academy users. Duties include site security, setting up for lettings, reception duties, customer service, and to take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the academy’s sports facilities.

As a sports specialist academy, we are lucky to have a number of state-of-the-art facilities including a sports hall, floodlit all weather area, MUGAs, fitness suite and dance studio. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the ongoing management of these facilities, in particular overseeing the lettings to public/external groups and individuals. 

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • have experience of running lettings, preferably within a school or sports environment
  • be highly organized with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • be expected to work in a flexible way to meet the needs of the academy

Ark Evelyn Grace Academy is an 11-16 mixed secondary school, located at the heart of the London Borough of Lambeth. School Structure

The school has a small leadership team that comprises of the Principal, two Vice Principals and two Assistant Principals. Each subject area is lead by a Head of Department and year groups are led by a Director of Learning (Head of Year).
