Welfare and School Office Administrator
Grade: £22,647 – £24,651
Hours: 40 hours per week (8am to 5pm) annualised contract (35 hours per week paid) contract
Contract: All year round (required to work 10 days during the school holidays)
Responsible to: HR and Administration Manager
Villiers High School is looking to appoint a professional, self-motivated, pro-active and organised administrator to work in a busy and fast-paced school office environment. The successful candidate will be the lead in the medical room and administer medication and treatment to students on a daily basis and will also be expected to provide high quality and effective administrative support to staff.
The successful candidate is expected to have excellent IT skills (in Microsoft Office) and strong communication skills. Experience in a busy office environment is essential and proven school office experience within an educational establishment is desirable. Candidates must have the ability to undertake complex tasks and will receive full training as required for the post.
