Contract type: Full Time (8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday) 39 teaching term weeks plus 2 weeks in holidays
Starting Salary: £15,200 per annum
The Reach Free School is a secondary Free School which opened in September 2013 for the young people of Mill End, Maple Cross and Rickmansworth.
Borne from the need for more secondary school places in the area, The Reach Free School has been established and developed by a group of teachers and local parents. It aspires to be an outstanding school, where every child achieves academic excellence, contributes to their community, and enjoys learning.
The school is seeking a talented and supportive individual to be the school���s Welfare Officer. This newly created role has two main functions dealing with day-to-day medical issues and to be the attendance officer of the school. The role would suit a person with previous experience of working in a school environment or with young people.
