BGE is a fully accredited member of the Council of International Schools (CIS) and an IB World School. We are recruiting for the above post:

A dynamic and vibrant Inclusion Leader is required for August 2018. The post provides an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and knowledgeable teacher, in the field of inclusion, to manage and lead the department in catering for the needs of children across the school. Well established systems and practices are in place, and BGE requires someone with the passion and motivation to work with a range of staff, parents and well-motivated children in a truly international environment, whilst also experiencing the wonders and beauties of Kenya.

All teachers are expected to contribute to the extra-curricular clubs and activities programme. Experience or a particular interest in sport is welcomed.

Successful candidates will receive a 2-year renewable contract, medical cover, membership of the school pension scheme, accommodation and a competitive salary.

Braeburn Garden Estate (BGE) School is a co-educational day and weekly/full-time boarding school (for students in Year 9 and up) with 870 students between the ages 2 and 18 years. Our leafy 30 acre site, is situated just out of Nairobi, near the United Nations and boasts excellent facilities offering the tranquillity and space to really enjoy learning and school life.

We adopt the National Curriculum of England through FS1 to Year 11 (IGCSEs), whilst in Years 12 and 13 students study the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma and the International Baccalaureate Career related Programme.
