Position Level: Grade 4

Position Salary: Salary Range between $82, 210pa to $89, 686pa plus Super (determined based on skills and experience)

Employment Status: The position is for an initial three-year period with the option for extension based on performance outcomes. 

Working as part of the People & Culture Team and reporting to the Work Health Safety Officer, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of support and advice across work health and safety for the Catholic Education Office and related schools. The position provides support in managing WHS risks and incidents, policy development, training and other various WHS initiatives. The successful applicant will have the demonstrated capacity to contribute to process of negotiation, conflict resolution and the management of change.

Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra & Goulburn (CE) plays an integral role in education both in the ACT and NSW, covering 88,000 square kilometres covering the whole of the ACT and extending from Pambula on the south coast, to Crookwell in the North, through to the western point of Lake Cargelligo. Operating 56 Schools and 8 Early Learning Centres, CE is key to the education of over 21,000 students within the Diocese and employing over 2,100 professionals.
