Job overview

This is an exciting opportunity to teach, train and assess apprentices both in the classroom and the workplace environment. We are looking for candidates who have industrial experience in Manufacturing, particularly manual and CNC production.

We are a highly motivated team who deliver training from Level 2 to Level 5 in manufacturing with access to industry specification equipment. We are passionate about our employer links and have national and regional contracts for some of the best-known employers.

You will be joining an Outstanding faculty that is proactive in working with employers and the local community to deliver quality teaching, training and assessment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about manufacturing and the need for quality apprentices, be a good communicator and able to deliver outstanding teaching and learning/ training.

Experience of teaching and/or work-based assessment would be an advantage but is not a barrier to this role.

You will be able to demonstrate recent industry experience and have a manufacturing qualification at Level 3, a candidate in possession of a relevant degree is highly sought after. You will need to hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
