Workplace Assessor - £21.50 per hour
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Assessors for Childcare/Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools to join our team.
The role will primarily focus on supporting our learners in their workplaces and possibly within the college environment. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to travel between various sites and employers to assess a caseload of learners. You will also participate in quality assurance activities including standardisation meetings and EQA visits.
You should have a strong background in Childcare and be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 with considerable experience in an early years/school setting, ideally including a management level post. Your experience should be recent and relevant and should include CPD activities to maintain both knowledge and skills in up to date practices and legislation.
You must hold an Assessor qualification and be a qualified IQA although we will consider applications with relevant experience. It is also desirable for you to hold a teaching qualification.
This role requires the appointed person to undertake an enhanced DBS check
