We are excited to announce that an opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join the Workskills team to drive learner engagement across our AEB provision and enhance the employability and progression opportunities for our learners. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of unemployed provision and experience of working with local Job Centres, Community Hubs, local and regional employers and social media channels to promote and attract learners.
You will also be an outstanding communicator with the confidence to identify barriers to learning and employment and offer appropriate IAG for learners to make informed decisions regarding their future aspirations.
Strong organisational and administrative skills, along with the ability to work towards and achieving targets are essential for this role.
A clean driving licence, access to a vehicle and business insurance is essential for the position.
