Job overview

ABC teachers are recruiting for a caring and creative teacher to work 5 days per week at an improving school in Small Heath, Birmingham. The role will require you to work closely with the KS1 teachers to ensure every child has access to a creative and engaging curriculum. 

The successful candidate will thrive as part of a team and be an excellent communicator. You will be resourceful and organised in providing your own lesson plans and you will have the ability adapt your teaching for the benefit of the children. You will be able to engage with pupils of all abilities and you will be comfortable in liaising with both SLT and parents/carers where required.

The role will be full time, with weekly PPA time, and will continue from October 2018 on a temporary basis until the end of the academic year 2019.

Please note that all teachers must hold valid QTS. For any Teaching Assistant roles you must hold an NVQ Level 2 or above, a relevant educational degree or a minimum of 3 months relevant experience within a UK school in the last 5 years.
