ABC Teachers are working closely with a school in West Coventry who are looking for a Year 3 Teacher to cover maternity on a part-time basis, two days per week.
The role begins following February half term and will be on a Thursday and Friday. The position is a job share with another permanent member of the teaching staff.
The school is a thriving three-form entry school with an excellent reputation in the area for creating a good learning environment. The children have a willingness to learn, which makes them a pleasure to teach.
The school is looking for a strong teacher with a rounded knowledge of the curriculum and good behaviour management strategies. We want to find a teacher who can commit to forming part of a close-knit teaching team. The role requires the teacher to hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) as they will be require to plan and assess child progress over the placement alongside the other teaching member of staff.
