Smart Teachers are recruiting for a Year 3 Phase Leader to cover a maternity post in a supportive and improving school in Ealing. The right candidate needs to be driven and professional and willing to undertake additional responsibilities to improve both the level of teaching and the students’ progress. The school was recently graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted and the senior leadership are keen to continue that progression, offering support to their staff and setting a work life balance.

This role would be a temporary position from November 2017 until the end of the academic year.

In order to be considered for this role, the successful Year 3 Phase Leader will need to meet the following criteria:
· Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree
· Proven experience teaching the UK curriculum
· Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
· Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
