Smart Teachers is recruiting for a dedicated Year 3 Teacher / KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Romford, Essex. This ‘Good’ school has a close knit community feel, with all staff working together to encourage all pupils to academically learn, progress and achieve within education. The motivated and proactive Year 3 Teacher / KS2 Teacher will be joining the school from January 2017 until the end of the academic year, with the potential to be offered a permanent position.

 About the Role

  • Year 3 Teacher / KS2 Teacher
  • To plan, deliver and teach creative and interactive lessons to a class of Year 3 pupils
  • The Year 3 Teacher / KS2 Teacher must be a good team player and possess strong behaviour management skills
  • Starting from January 2017 until July 2017, with the potential to be offered a permanent post
  • Long term, full time position
  • Salary from £30,000 per annum

In order to be considered for this role, the Year 3 Teacher / KS2 Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree
  • Have proven experience teaching in a UK-based classroom
  • Experienced UK and/or OS-trained teachers welcome to apply
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
