Job overview
Smart Teachers is looking for an experienced Year 5 Teacher to work in an inclusive and diverse school based in Lambeth. This position would be covering maternity leave from January until July 2018. Experience is essential as the class can be lively, however the school are keen to have a two week handover to ensure a smooth transition. The school has a strong and supportive leadership team and received ‘Good’ in their last Ofsted report.
As a KS2 Teacher you will be responsible for whole class teaching and will work alongside an experienced Classroom Assistant.

In order to be considered for this role, the successful Year 5 Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:
· Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree
· Proven experience teaching the UK curriculum
· Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
· Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
