Smart Teachers is recruiting for a Year 5 Teacher to join a popular and oversubscribed school in the borough of Redbridge, East London. This is an ideal role for both newly qualified and experienced teachers, as career progression and development is encouraged at all stages of your teaching at this ‘Good’ school. This is a full time Year 5 teaching position, starting from January 2017 until the end of the academic year. There is also the opportunity for this role to go permanent from September 2017, for the right Year 5 Teacher.

In order to be considered for this role, The Year 5 Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree
  • Have proven experience teaching in a UK-based classroom
  • NQT, experienced UK and/or OS-trained teachers welcome to apply
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
