Sinclair House School opened in Fulham in 1989 as a small coeducational Montessori Day School. In the Autumn of 2013, we re-located the Preparatory School to new premises on Fulham High Street. This enabled us to increase the intake of pupils and prepare children for the 11+ and 13+ Common Entrance entrance examinations. Although we take pride in our pupils’ academic achievements, our fundamental emphasis is on an individual’s growth and overall wellbeing. Our happy and stimulating environment encourages the children to learn with enjoyment. We strive to nurture individual talents and capabilities, and our high teacher-pupil ratio ensures that each child is supported and encouraged to reach their own unique potential.

The successful candidate should be a fully qualified teacher, ideally with a Maths specialism and an interest in Science. S/he should be a skilful and committed practitioner, able to inspire pupils, manage a busy workload, be well organised, prepared to go the extra mile and love teaching and working with inspirational children. You must also possess experience in preparing children for the 11+ and 13+ Common Entrance examinations.
