Job overview

Holland Junior School is a two form entry, Ofsted “good” school within The Pioneer Academy. Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking for an experienced KS2 teacher to run interventions with Year 6 pupils from January 2023. This can be full time or part time and will be for 2 terms.


You will be:

- A teacher with experiences in Key Stage 2.

- A highly effective practitioner who is passionate about education and driven to make continuous improvements to their practice.

- An excellent role model for staff and pupils.

- A team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Our 2 form entry junior school serves the community of Holland and Hurst Green on the outskirts of Oxted in Surrey. We are surrounded by green fields and have good access to local transport, as well as a large staff car park. We are fortunate in having strong links with both the local infant schools and the main secondary school, making transition into and on from the school a smooth process.
