This is an exciting opportunity to join our Academy, where putting students first is part of our fundamental culture. We strongly believe that positive outcomes for our students come from the professionalism, commitment and passion for excellence displayed by our staff.

This post plays a key strategic and operational role within the Academy Primary Phase by supporting the wider Academy Leadership Team. The successful post-holder will contribute to the creation and implementation of plans to identify priorities and targets for ensuring that pupils achieve high standards and make good progress.

You would be working within a supportive team of committed teachers and support staff.  There are twenty-four classes within our Primary phase, we have strong links to the local community and work hard to constantly achieve the best practice and provision for our students.

You will need to be an outstanding classroom practitioner already, with a commitment to continuous professional development.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and management of 7 classes and support staff, housed in a building exclusive to the upper Key Stage 2 phase. We are an all through academy that follows the middle school model, therefore we have very close links with the secondary phase.

Do please come to visit us and see what an exciting opportunity our Academy can offer to a teacher looking to be the best they can be and make a significant contribution to narrowing the gap in achievement and attainment for our students.

We welcome visits by appointment only, please contact Miss Marie Marchant for further information and to book a tour.
