London Academy opened in September 2004 as an 11-18 school and moved into world class buildings designed by Norman Foster in July 2006. In September 2015 London Academy became an all through school welcoming our first 4 year olds and in September 2016 we moved into our own purpose built high quality primary building situated opposite but separate from the secondary phase building.
We are now looking to appoint a Primary teacher for September 2021, this is an exciting opportunity to help create a fantastic learning environment that will ensure our children get the very best possible education from the age of 4 to 18 years old. The first children of reception age joined us in September 2015 and then each year after that we have grown and this is the first cohort to reach Year 6. Admission to the primary phase of London Academy will automatically entitle children to progress to the secondary phase.
London Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
A job description, person specification and application form is available from our website www.londonacademy.org.uk, but you can also request an application pack by emailing e.mustafa@londonacademy.org.uk.
