About the School - Year 6 Teacher – North Sheffield
This oversubscribed 3 form entry Primary is looking to appoint a Year 6 Teacher from January. The school has a huge intake of pupils from a range of backgrounds and EAL/SEN numbers are high. This means teachers must work to ensure the success of all pupils regardless of background but thanks to the excellent teaching, committed SLT, support from exceptional TA's and well-resourced classrooms a higher than average number of pupils surpass national expectations.

About the Role - Year 6 Teacher – North Sheffield
This Year 6 Teacher role is an important position for the school that will require a teacher with a minimum of two years’ experience in key stage 2 and is therefore not open to NQT's. The school looks for teachers who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all students achieve. They expect engaging lessons that help students make progress daily. Children at this school are from a variety of backgrounds so being able to work out how to motivate them as individuals will be hugely important. The school offers ongoing professional development for all and there is an optional small TLR available for a suitably qualified candidate.
