The Role

We require an inspiring and enthusiastic teacher who is looking to progress their career by working within our wider pastoral team as Year Coordinator.  The Year Coordinator has responsibility and oversight for a full year group’s academic progress, including line management of the year group Tutor Team.  The Year Coordinator will work alongside and in partnership with a full time non-teaching Pastoral and Behaviour Officer for the year group and together lead and manage the academic and pastoral concerns for the year group, liaising with staff, students and home.

The successful candidate will be part of a very successful and forward looking pastoral team who puts student needs and outcomes first! Our goal is to provide outstanding pastoral and academic support for our young people.
