The Governors of Fairholme Primary School are looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate teacher to the post of Year Group Leader.
The successful candidate will have:
- experience of teaching across the primary age range
- a deep understanding of curriculum development, planning and assessment practices
- the ability to be a strong and effective leader who can inspire and motivate a team
- experience of building effective relationships with parents and families
- the ability to work independently and in a team
- excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
This is a full time post with a TLR 2a. Visits to the school are encouraged.
