Required January 2022, an enthusiastic and well qualified teacher to join our Achievement Team as Year Leader. All subject specialisms will be considered.
The successful candidate will work with the Leadership Team, Form Tutors and Pastoral Managers to improve progress and achievement of pupils. The role involves a combination of strategic leadership of behaviour, attitudes and achievement systems, management of the education, social and emotional needs of individuals and key groups and the tracking and monitoring of student progress, planning any required interventions. Liaison with parents, staff, SLT and members of the community is key to maintaining positive outcomes and relationships with students and promoting the vision, ethos and aims of the school. The Year Leader is expected to work within the Achievement Team with the Leadership Team to ensure all students in the year group achieve their full potential.
