Smart Teachers is recruiting for a Young Engineers Club Teacher to teach at an after-school club in South West London. The club takes place weekly on a Thursday & Friday, and you will be teaching to Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils. The club will start between 15.00 – 15.45 and lasts 1 hour. Lesson plans and resources are provided.

Requirements

To be considered for the Young Engineers Club Teacher position, you will:

• Have experience working with children

• NQTs and/or OS-trained teachers are welcome to apply

• Have strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills

• Have strong behaviour management skills

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (desirable but not essential - Teaching Assistants welcome to apply)

• Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)

• Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
