Level 2 Certificate in Youth Work Teacher and Assessor
10.00-17.00: Fridays, 09/02/2018 – 06/07/2018
£34.40 per hour for teaching plus £200 per learner for assessing (50% payment at start of assessment process, 50% payment on learner completion) inclusive of pro rata holiday entitlement and preparation time.
Are you experienced in teaching the above subject to adults of mixed ability in group settings? Do you have a qualification relevant to the subject and an Award in education and training (or equivalents) or are you willing to obtain one of these within the timescales specified in City Lit’s Staff Development Policy?
If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are able to work as part of a team and have an up to date knowledge, enthusiasm and interest in the subject; this roles could be for you. A commitment to quality, health and safety, equality and diversity, customer care and safeguarding are also essential.
In this role you will be responsible for planning, teaching and evaluating courses that meet the learning needs of students in the programme area.
