We wish to appoint a teacher with KS2 or KS3 experience in either mainstream or special education, who has the drive and energy to lead and develop a challenging, engaging and personalised curriculum which will enable our students to reach or exceed their potential.  You will lead and inspire a team of committed teaching and support staff towards excellence, both academically and pastorally. The successful applicant will be required to teach students with Moderate Learning Difficulties from Year 7 to GCSE. This is a great time to join us at Walkden. Opportunities for career progression are excellent with a wide range of leadership development available.  This school is committed to safe-guarding and promoting the well-being of children. The post is subject to enhanced disclosure & barring check.
