Sally specialises in discrimination, employment, and related public and regulatory law. She is one of four co-editors of Discrimination in Employment: a claims handbook (2013) published by the Legal Action Group.

Most of David’s work is with charities including independent schools and several of their associations, academies and other state maintained schools.

Richard is chair of governors at a special needs school, and is a governor of an independent school. He recently carried out an external governance review for a school put into special measures.

Deborah Leek-Bailey OBE

For 15 years, Deborah was headteacher of Babington House School in Kent. She advises the Secretary of State for Education on independent and state sector engagement as chair of the ISSP. She is a judge for the ISAs.

Tim Edge has worked at some of the UK’s leading independent schools in development. He is currently director of development at Headington School in Oxford and is also helping the London Oratory School establish a charitable foundation.

David spent the first 13 years of his career in aerospace and automotive manufacturing. He then joined Berkhamsted Schools Group in 2011, reporting to the head and led the project to modernise the IT capabilities across seven different campuses.
