In reaction to the common practice of pencil and paper testing in key stage 34 maths classes, a group of Suffolk teachers led by Peter Critchely, an advisory teacher at Suffolk Council, have written a booklet entitled Tired of tests? Some alternative strategies for learning through assessment in mathematics.
