A pack of five themed projects for teachers of key stage 1 has been produced by the Curriculum Partnership, which brings together different subject associations.
The Primary Project Box includes themed activities on: our classroom and our school; inside, outside; our wider world; our changing world; our future world.
The subjects covered are art, English, geography, history, maths, music, PE, primary languages, RE and science. Each teaching unit is written by teachers and has a booklet, multimedia CD and web support. A teacher’s guide shows how the activities fit together, both within and across units, and gives practical help on integrating design and technology and ICT.
