Hampshire County Council has launched a pack to help anyone involved in the planning and construction of primary schools. Design for Learning sets a model for new buildings, as well as for improving existing buildings, and includes the latest government regulations.
It looks at the philosophy for a primary school, gives a guide to governors and heads, and looks at the design of an all-through school. It illustrates ways school buildings can enhance good education.
