A hard-hitting poster designed by a Cardiff schoolgirl, depicting a tearful bully victim, is to be displayed throughout Wales. Hayat Mohamed, 12, from Fitzalan high, was one of the winners of an anti-bullying competition launched by Jane Davidson, minister for education, lifelong learning and skills, last October.
