A Christmas card designed by a 13-year-old pupil educated outside mainstream education will be seen around the world. Rhys Williams, 13, from Pontarddulais key stage 3 education centre, south Wales, beat off competition from 200 others to design the card for education, lifelong learning and skills minister Jane Davidson.
