Choppy chartered waters

I’m doing McCrone cover in my school and I have found it a massive planning struggle. I feel the other teachers regard me as a babysitter, although I’m doing religious and moral education, health, environmental studies, PE and ICT. The other subjects are covered by specialists so all the chartered teachers are doing is maths and language. At a staff meeting, the CTs said that they would not be writing reports for the subjects they did not plan and deliver. I am, therefore, doing the reports for five curricular areas for every pupil in the school and the CTs are reporting for one class on maths and language, some of which only have 11 pupils. I’m cross and irritated.
