(Photograph) - Constructive advice: 14 to 16-year-olds from four special schools in London got a chance to learn about the economics of the building trade and the roles of builder, architect and quantity surveyor through a special event, Building Up Special Needs, organised by SATRO for the Construction Industry Training Board at Fulham Palace. The exercise was adapted for special needs by Islington Education Business Partnership. The Green Paper asks how young people can be helped to make a successful transition to further education, training and employment.
