A Welsh local authority picked up two awards for its school buildings in the same week. Monmouthshire Council won a gong for collaborative working at the Constructing Excellence awards, and Llanfoist Fawr Primary in Monmouthshire was commended in the Consortium of Local Authorities in Wales’ Building of the Year awards.
