Dedication to education wins honours for two professors

PROFESSOR Kenneth Robinson, academic writer and chair of the national advisory committee on creative and cultural education, was made a knight in last week’s Queen’s birthday honours. The award recognised his services to the arts. Elizabeth Murdoch, emeritus professor of physical education, sports science, dance and leisure at Brighton university, was awarded an OBE in recognition of a lifetime’s service to PE and sport.
