BT has teamed up with Newcastle-under-Lyme College, the Business School at Staffordshire University and the training provider Accenture to create a bespoke foundation degree in customer service and contact centre management for staff. So far, 19 BT workers have signed up for the course, being taught by college staff at Yarnfield Park, BT’s residential training centre in Staffordshire.
