A centre for Welsh-medium childcare and training was opened by education and lifelong learning minister Jane Davidson yesterday. The Canolfan Mudiad Ysgolion Meithrin, in Aberystwyth, will also be the new HQ of Mudiad Ysgolion Meithrin, the Welsh-medium pre-school playgroups association.
