As part of One Vision - Safer Sunglasses, a summer campaign highlighting the importance of protecting your eyes from UV-B and UV-C radiation, Guide Dogs and local authorities are organising Shades for a Day on July 18. Participants in England and Wales will be asked to wear their sunglasses and donate pound;1 to Guide Dogs. All interested primary schools will be sent an information pack about eyes and eyecare.
