ANINTERNET company is creating an online education “community” for schools that could earn them free PCs. Schools, parents and teachers who sign up to BiblioTech’s Schoolmaster scheme will get free and unlimited Internet access, individual email accounts and the chance to earn “frequent surfer” points that can be redeemed for computers and software. But it will take 100 users spending 260 hours online (incurring a pound;624 telephone bill) to gain enough points for one free computer. Call 0171 384 6900.
