Fourteen teachers of design technology, science and careers from the Thames Gateway spent last half-term experiencing local manufacturing industry. The five-day course, run by Gateway to Industry as part of the “Making Your Future” programme, included visits to the Fabric Print and Design Bureau at Thames Gateway Technology Centre and to Trelleborg Automotives.
