I SHOULD like to point out the error in your news item headed “Hackney waits seven months for rescue plan” (TES, February 11).
The Nord Anglia contract was awarded last July and the company agreed a service management plan with the council and the Department for Education and Employment in Septeber.
There is no “rescue plan” and any documents which may have been leaked to you form part of the agreed ongoing management plan agreed within three months of Nord Anglia taking up the contract.
