High-tech farmers 22nd August 1997, 1:00am Tes Editorial Two Welsh colleges and a training company have launched a pioneering technology unit to take computers to rural Wales. Coleg Ceredigion and Coleg Meirion Dwyfor will use the Telecabana mobile unit to train farmers to use information technology.
