ENDANGERED SPECIES EDUCATION WORKSHOPS Tusk Force has been running free key stage 2-3 workshops in Kent and Surrey schools and is keen to arrange others around the UK. Talks can be linked to any or all of the following subjects: English, maths, art, geography, biology, science, and personal and social education. ERYTHROPOIETIC PROTOPORPHYRIA A 12-year-old girl in a Flintshire mainstream school has the above acute disease, which causes severe problems when the skin is exposed to light. At present her local education authority is “experimenting” with a number of options to protect her.
