Kelly Fletcher is an English teacher at Tong Upper School, Bradford.

The workshop helps our students appreciate the richness of the characters.

Normally in the classroom we don’t get an opportunity to perform the scene and doing it on location makes it much more immediate. Usually in the classroom students are writing but here they are active.

Unlimited Theatre is professional and detailed. They can give an overview of film-making. It’s also good that they are so young and that they wear casual clothes. It makes such a relaxed atmosphere.

Working in small groups (no more than 10) gives our children an opportunity to have their say. They have loved the attention from the actors and being able to share their ideas with other people.

This is the third year pupils from our school have taken part in the workshop. I am new to the school, so it’s the first time I’ve been here. I will come back.
